This coffee is traditionally roasted just past peak sweetness to curb any acidity and add a smokey tobacco like complexity. The long development in the roast creates an intriguing rich body that glides on the palate, setting you airborne on a delightful coffee journey whether enjoyed black on its own or paired with fats from non-dairy or dairy milks.
